WILLIAM McINTOSH DESIGN accepts a limited number of new commissions each year.
The studio works exclusively on private residential projects — primary residences, secondary homes, and multi-property portfolios for clients who understand that the finest environments are the result of time, trust, and an uncommon depth of collaboration.
A new commission begins not with a contract, but with a conversation. We take the time to understand how our clients live — across residences, across seasons, across the full complexity of a life well considered. From that understanding, everything follows.

Primary residences and pied-à-terres. Secondary homes and seasonal retreats. Complete architectural renovations. Multi-residence portfolios. Art advisory and collection development. Ground-up design commissions in collaboration with architects and landscape designers.
HOW WE WORK
Every project is led personally by William McIntosh and Martin Raffone. Our team of architects, designers, artists, and specialist craftspeople is assembled specifically for each commission. We do not delegate the work that matters. We do not take on more than we can do well.
